New Dell Inspiron 2021 Laptops Come in Both Intel Core and AMD Ryzen Options

Not to be confused with the previously launched Dell Inspiron 14 and 15 that is already available in Malaysia, these new ultraportable laptops are powered by the 11th Gen Intel Core H35 Series CPU. In case you didn’t know, these are part of the performance-focused Intel Core H-series CPU but this one is designed more so for ultraportables.

This is why the TDP is relatively low given the power, going at 28W to 35W compared to the usual 35W to 45W from the other ones in the H-Series CPU. These aren’t gaming laptops, but should be able to offer performances that certainly pack a punch.

Both the Dell Inspiron 14 and 15 will be using a Full HD display, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and a 4-cell 54Whr battery. The key difference here is that one will be using a 14-inch display while the other uses a slightly larger 15.6-inch display. As it is a Dell machine, you can customize both laptops quite a bit, with the option of configuring it with the Intel Core i7-11370H and NVIDIA GeForce MX450. They also come with ExpressCharge which fast charges the laptop, up to 80% within an hour.

The new Dell Inspiron 14 will be retailing for RM3,499 while the larger Dell Inspiron 15 will be retailing for RM3,399. There is a special promo price on the official website which lists both at RM3,199 and RM3,099 respectively.

Pokdepinion: Between the two, the Dell Inspiron 14 would most likely be the more popular choice given the popularity of having a more compact machine to bring around. It certainly packs quite a bit of interesting features so I can’t wait to see how it translates to performance on an overall level.
