[CES2019] Dell Introduce The Beast That Is Alienware Area-51m Gaming Laptop
At this year’s CES 2019 which is held at Las Vegas, Nevada, Alienware, the gaming division of Dell, has unveiled the new Alienware Area-51m gaming laptop. The laptop is their most powerful machine that comes with multiple ‘firsts’.
With the Alienvware Area-51m, it represents the first laptop to present itself with a 9th Gen 8-core desktop processors, 64GB of RAM, 2.5Gbps Ethernet technology, upgradeable graphic and desktop processors, and 17-inch Alienware laptop with a narrow-bezel display with 144Hz.
It also comes with a cutting-edge thermal and cooling technology as well as offering 50% more performance and 32% less volume than its predecessor.
Besides that, Tobii eye-tracking technology is available for the laptop where you can control the display by just the use of your eyes. Not to forget is the Alienware Area-51m also comes with the latest Alienware Command Center.
The laptop is expected to arrive at the end of February 2019, though no details has yet been confirmed regarding its price.
Pokdepinion: It is said that the starting model for the laptop will pack a RTX 2070 graphics, I don’t think that it’s worth it if you could only upgrade it to just another level in the form of a 2080. Well let’s just hope that they are able to compatible with future cards as well as processors.
