GIGABYTE G5 laptops with GeForce RTX 3060 graphics announced from RM4699
GIGABYTE are probably better known for their premium AORUS gaming laptops and high-end AERO content creator notebooks, but they have just announced the new GIGABYTE G5 mid-range gaming laptops featuring the GeForce RTX 3060 laptop GPU. GIGABYTE targets the GIGABYTE G5 laptops at a younger demographic, who use their laptops for everything from gaming and content creation to daily productivity.
To facilitate that, GIGABYTE equipped the laptops with the 10th Gen Intel Core processors. To add a more affordable option, they also offer the GIGABYTE G5 with the Intel Core i5-10500H processor which offers six-cores and 12 processing threads. Paired with the GeForce RTX 3060 laptop GPU, the GIGABYTE G5 laptops are fully capable to power great gaming experiences.
Speaking of which, GIGABYTE is offering the laptops with 240Hz IPS panel that can display the full 72% NTSC color gamut. This is roughly equivalent to 100% sRGB, which is adequate for gamers and casual content creators. Ensuring that you have sufficient space to store all your files and games is a triple-storage configuration comprising of two M.2 slots along with a 2.5″ drive bay.

Pokdepinion: The design is really reminiscent of the last-gen gaming laptops, but I guess it’s what inside that counts. And for that price, it’s hard to fault the GIGABYTE G5.
