ILLEGEAR Rogue Ryzen and Onyx V Ryzen launched in conjuction with new Southern Concept Showroom

ILLEGEAR has just opened their 2nd Concept Showroom in Johor Bahru last Saturday, bringing gamers in the southern region a better customer experience as well as the ability to literally get their hands on the latest ILLEGEAR laptops. Aside from launching their new store, ILLEGEAR also launched two new AMD Ryzen 4000-powered laptops, the new Onyx V Ryzen and Rogue Ryzen.

The Onyx V Ryzen offers heavy-weight performance with up to a Ryzen 7 4800H mated to a GeForce RTX 2060 in a ultraportable package. To celebrate the launch of the ILLEGEAR Southern Branch, they are throwing in a free RAM upgrade to 16GB DDR4-3200 memory, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste and a professional color calibration of the display, worth a total of RM387.

The Rogue Ryzen will come with a similar package of freebies as well, while being slightly more affordable. It also serves up a bigger 17.3″ 120 Hz display, for more viewing area when working or gaming on the go. The downside is that the laptop weighs a bit more at 2.45 kg, and is also significantly thicker. The Rogue Ryzen comes in configurations similar to the Onyx V Ryzen, which include options to equip it with the AMD Ryzen 7 4800H and GeForce RTX 2060 graphics.
