Lenovo Introduces New Yoga OLED Laptops With The Yoga Slim 7 Carbon And Yoga Slim 7 Pro

Lenovo has just announced two new additions to their Yoga series laptops with the Yoga Slim 7 Carbon and Yoga Slim 7 Pro. At the same time, Lenovo also announced a brand new pair of true wireless earbuds with the Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds.

Yoga Slim 7 Carbon

The Yoga Slim 7 Carbon is a 1.1kg ultra-light laptop with carbon reinforcing for military-grade performance. The Yoga Slim 7 Carbon has a QHD+ OLED TrueBlack display that has been improved with Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos. The AMD Ryzen 7 5800U Series Mobile Processors with AMD Radeon Graphics power the laptop. Optional NVIDIA GeForce MX450 graphics for high-performance gaming are also available for the 14-inch ultraportable laptop.

With a battery life of up to 14.5 hours (60Wh), customers may experience the boosted performance of Q-Control and quickly charge up with Rapid Charge Boost. The Yoga Slim 7 Carbon also has next-generation Smart AI experiences powered by the Lenovo AI chip, allowing users to enjoy Smarter Technology with hands-free facial recognition and automated display adjustment for any scenario using colour ambient light detection sensing technology. The Yoga Slim 7 Carbon is offered in a sophisticated Cloud Grey colour.

The Yoga Slim 7 Carbon has a retail price starting at RM5,689 and is available from the end of December at the Lenovo Malaysia Official Online Store as well as the Lenovo Exclusive Stores and authorised sellers on Lazada and Shopee.

To commemorate the debut of the Yoga Slim 7 Carbon, Lenovo is giving away an exclusive Lenovo gift package worth RM900 to the first 50 customers who purchase a Lenovo Yoga gadget from December 15 onwards. The incentives don’t stop there: 20 lucky winners who take part in Lenovo’s ‘Guess the Weight’ contest will each receive an RM50 Grab Food e-voucher.

This sleek ultra-slim laptop is loaded with performance, with up to AMD Ryzen 7 5800H Mobile Processors.

The Yoga Slim 7 Pro is TÜV Eye Comfort certified and features a big QHD In-Plane Switching (IPS) touch screen with a high 2.5K resolution for multitasking and up to a maximum brightness of 500 nits via the up to 120Hz refresh rate setting. The Yoga Slim 7 Pro also has Dolby Vision, VESA Certified Display HDR 400, and 100% sRGB colour gamut support.

Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds

The Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds uses Lenovo’s Smart Pair technology to easily pair with an Android or Windows device. The Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds has a battery life of up to 28 hours and the case can be charged wirelessly. Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds can provide up to seven hours of uninterrupted listening time to everything from music to audiobooks on their own. The earbuds also feature smart adaptive noise cancelling that is capable of reducing up to 36 decibels of ambient noise.

The Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds are available now at Lenovo Exclusive Stores and authorised sellers on Lazada and Shopee, with a retail price starting at RM299.

Pokdepinion: If I had a choice I would definitely go for the Yoga Slim 7 Pro simply because of its capabilities and the presence of a touch screen. Don’t really use a laptop with a touch screen but the convenience of having one is undeniable especially when you’re doing presentations.
