If you are in the market for the best gaming laptop in the market, this has to be it. Nope, it isn’t the ROG Zephyrus. Much as it is amazing, this one here definitely takes the cake. Say hello to the CD-R King Aliware 17 R4.

This baby packs an overclocked AMD Threadripper 1900X running at 4.5 GHz and the currently unannounced NVIDIA GTX 1180 12GB DDR5X which is based on the Volta architecture. These chips will run really hot, so CD-R King has packed the Aliware 17 R4 with a 6-fan cooling system. The system is apparently built by Clevo Taiwan, so quality should be good.

This will of course feed a 17.3″ IPS TN display, which is definitely revolutionary for combining two display technologies into one panel. The 6K resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate is equally amazing, as it will definitely require more than HDMI 2.0/DP 1.4 to handle the bandwidth necessary for such a mind-blowing display.

The rest of the specifcations are much more sedate, with 64GB of 2800 MHz RAM, 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD in Super Raid 4, probably licensed from MSI, or not. Another 2TB SSD provides even more bulk storage, while the all-necessary RGB zone lighting is present too.

All of these amazing hardware is packed into a high quality plastic material chassis, designed for long term usage. The price? A really affordable 19 999 pesos (~RM4138.75).
