According to some alleged leaked renders, the base model Apple iPhone 14 will essentially look identical to the iPhone 13. This also includes the signature notch, which means there will be no pill-shaped hole for this one. Even the rear camera bump looks the same, though it might come with a thicker glass frame around it.
The display is 6.1-inches, which is the same as the previous two generations. As for the edges of the iPhone 14, it appears that Apple has added more lines across it. In case you weren’t aware, these lines are supposed to be for the 5G antennas, so having more is certainly better.
Interestingly, we are expected to see an iPhone 14 Max, which is basically the same design but with a bigger 6.7-inch display instead. If you want something with a new design, you will have to opt for the Pro models instead. This will certainly make it easier to choose between all of their offerings as it will be more distinct.
Pokdepinion: The Pro models will certainly stand out more this year. I still have hopes that the new iPhones will suddenly move to USB-C, like the iPads. Chances are slim but one can only hope, right?
