Apple iPhone SE 2 May Be Coming Very Soon

It appears that the Apple iPhone SE 2 may indeed be real and coming in the near future. Details stem from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who shared some of the device’s specifications and that it will be coming sometime in Q1 2020.

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, the Apple iPhone SE 2 will have a 4.7-inch display and powered by the same A13 Bionic chip that powers the new iPhone 11 series. It will also have 3GB LPDDR4X RAM and storage options of 64GB and 128GB. As for colour options, it’s expected to come in Space Gray, Silver, and Red.

While the Apple iPhone SE 2 will be a proper successor to the original SE, it will be more akin to the iPhone 8 in terms of design. It will also be a substantial upgrade over the original SE in other areas as well. Interestingly, Touch ID will be used for biometric authentication but 3D Touch will not be available here.

As for prices, it’s expected to start at USD $399 for the base model 64GB version, while the 128GB option could either be USD $449 or $499. If any of these details are to be believed, then we shall look forward to Q1 2020 for its impending release. We’ll be reporting more about this as soon as information becomes available.

Pokdepinion: I don’t personally fancy the SE design given how small it is. My hands are rather big so it’s not exactly usable for me but I can see why many people would love it.
