All customers will need to do is bring their working smartphone to an authorized Huawei dealer where the value of the smartphone will then be assessed based on the device’s condition and specifications. Once accepted, the trade-in value (from RM100 to RM1600 credit for over 60 smartphones) will be applied to a new smartphone of their choice. Additionally, Huawei will also be giving out a 32GB MicroSD card free for every purchase! Upon purchase of their new smartphone, customers will also be able to enjoy the following premium after sales services (only applies for flagship devices):

• One-to-one device exchange within the 12-month warranty period
• Free door-to-door pick-up and delivery service
• 3-months LCD screen warranty from Proof of Purchase Date – One Time only
• Two free cleaning service within the 12-month warranty period
