HUAWEI Mate 20 Series now priced from just RM2099

The HUAWEI Mate 20 and HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro is now more affordable than ever. After an official price slash down to RM2999 for the HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro, the HUAWEI Mate 20 Series can now be gotten for even less. The HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro goes for just RM2599, and the HUAWEI Mate 20 can be gotten at RM2099.

HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro

The HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro comes with a slew of flagship features and a camera setup that rivals the HUAWEI P30 series. It offers one of the few real 3D IR facial recognition setups and the largest battery in a flagship to date. It was initially introduced at RM3599, with a price slash earlier in February 2019 to RM2999. That’s still a good RM400 off HUAWEI’s last-gen flagship.

Meanwhile the HUAWEI Mate 20 is HUAWEI’s lower-end flagship device, with features shared with the HUAWEI P20. The HUAWEI P30’s toned down specifications list does make it a little less attractive, but it does come with a fitting price tag. It was offered initially at RM2799 before getting a price cut during Chinese New Year to RM2399. Now it is even more affordable.

There is no mention of how long Mobile 2 Go will offer these prices, or whether HUAWEI Malaysia has officially adjusted the prices for their yesteryear flagships. What we do know is that HUAWEI has been quite aggressively adjusting the pricing for the HUAWEI Mate 20 series this year, making them quite difficult to recommend considering that prices may drop very soon.

Pokdepinion: Maybe a good option for those who want a taste of HUAWEI’s flagships without paying the high price for them.
