HUAWEI Y6 Prime 2018 Released — Affordable Audio And Entertainment Smartphone!

While not too long ago, HUAWEI released the Y5 Prime 2018. This time around, the company has announced the launching of the new HUAWEI Y6 Prime 2018.

Aimed for the youth market, the Y6 Prime offers a 5.7-inch HD+ FullView Display. It is equipped with EMUI 8.0, which is based on Android 8.0 Oreo. One of the highlights of the phone is the audio, where it features support for high volume up to 88dB, which can be considered louder than your average phones.

Staying on audio, the phone supports group music, which is available after HOTA update, which allows you to connect up to 8 mobile phones and turn them into speakers in a 5.1 surround sound.

With the phone’s Histen technology, it comes with three modes; near, front, and wide, providing you the option of the sound of your choice.

Other specifications include 13MP (rear) and 8MP (front) cameras, a 3000mAh battery, Snapdragon 425, and 2GB RAM that’s paired up with 16GB of internal memory (expendable up to 256GB).

Available now in the market, it comes in two colors, Black and Blue. You can get it at HUAWEI Experience Stores and display zones nationwide at a retail price of RM584. In addition to that, you can also get it for free with Celcom’s Xpax Postpaid Plan. You can read on the details of the plan here.
