Neffos launches the X1 Lite, RM499 super affordable smartphone with fingerprint sensor

Following the launch of the previous Neffos X1, the sister company of TP-Link is back again with a new smartphone for the masses, the Neffos X1 Lite. As you have already known, Neffos targets beautifully crafted smartphones at very affordable prices, and the Neffos X1 Lite is no exception here.

The Neffos X1 Lite features a dual-curved back cover with plastic build to ensure the weight of the device is sutained at 138g. Among some notable features of this device are the 2.5D glass display with full in-cell IPS technology underneath. The rear camera is a 13-Megapixel f/2.0 sensor with backside illumination and 5P lens with 0.2 seconds PDAF.

The front camera is 5-Megapixel with 84° wide-angle lens and adopts the real-time beautify mode. At the back, a fingerprint sensor, much like the one in the Neffos X1 is present, unlocking the device in 0.2 seconds. Neffos also claims that the fingerprint sensor “learns” as you use it, improving the unlocking speed over time.

Powered by the MediaTek’s MT6750 octa-core CPU (4 x Cortex-A53 1.5GHz + 4 x Cortex-A53 1.0GHz) octa-core CPU, coupled to a Mali T860 MP2 GPU and 2GB RAM with 16GB storage, this device has enough power to run your daily tasks seamlessly.
