OnePlus devices were distributed in Malaysia by Mi Han Sdn Bhd before this. However as the official distributor of OnePlus in Malaysia has changed hands to XianFeng Technology, Mi Han will be ending their services as the distributor of OnePlus smartphones. This also means that they won’t be handling after-sales service on their previously sold OnePlus smartphones, but instead hand it off to a third party.

The third party service center handling the after-sales on behalf of Mi Han will be MobileTechnic Sdn Bhd, a service center that also handles Black Shark, Lenovo and Moto smartphones, according to their website. MobileTechnic will also continue honoring the extended warranties that OnePlus has previously offered.
