O-fans are in for a treat as OPPO will be releasing the OPPO F5 6GB Red Edition, with pre-order starts from this 6th of December 2017.

OPPO F5 6GB Red Edition

OPPO has a special treat for those who pre-order it on the 6th December 2017 from their official OPPO Store. The first 1000 customers to pre-order it from that date itself will be receiving a mystery gift (trust us, we also have no clue what that gift is).

The brand new Red Edition is set to feature 6GB RAM which is higher compared to the standard F5’s 4GB RAM. Besides its bold new look, the Red Edition offers a bigger storage of 64GB, an upgrade to the original 32GB. Other than that, it has similar specifications than the standard edition. Featuring a 6-inch, 18:9 ratio display, it runs on Color OS 3.2 (based of Android 7.1 Nougat).

At the front, it sports a 20MP with f/2.0 aperture shooter and features a main camera with a 16MP f/1.8 shooter. While under the hood, it has a 3200mAh battery to power it.

On a side note, Malaysian local artist Neelofa attended the Victoria’s Secret fashion show in Shanghai recently as the product ambassador of the OPPO F5 6GB Red Edition. She showcased her daily life over the course of the fashion show to her fans via her own Instagram.

The OPPO F5 6GB Red Edition will be made available for pre-order on the 6th December 2017 and specifically starts at 12.30PM. If you would like to do so, you can do it by clicking on the link right here.

Pokdepinion: If you’ve been aiming for the F5, might as well you pick the the Red Edition. Bigger is better (storage wise). On a plus note, the Red Edition looks more alluring to me compared to the standard version.
