POCOPHONE F1 Could Offer HD Streaming With Update
Already being an attractive smartphone in the market, now it might attract more as the POCOPHONE could get a software update that allows it to stream HD videos.
POCOPHONE F1 Could Get HD Streaming?
While the POCOPHONE was released with specifications that would be in most flagship nowadays and at an killing price tag (in a good way), it also drew criticism from the masses because of its several issues.
One of them is the lack of support for HD streaming on Netflix. Well that could all change as there was a thread on the Xiaomi forum by a MIUI Forum admin, where it revealed that the company is working with Google and Qualcomm to fix the issue.
Apparently they are planning to release an update which will bring widevine L1 support to the smartphone, which will then allow for HD streaming. The update is said to be rolled out to MIUI Beta ROM users first by Q4 2018.
