The Samsung Galaxy A04 has landed in Malaysia, and it’s an entry-level smartphone with a very affordable price. While the exact chip powering it is unknown, it has an octa-core CPU that goes up to 2.3GHz with 4GB RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage. If that isn’t enough, you can expand up to 1TB via microSD.
It sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (1600 x 720) LCD display. As for connectivity, you get 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C, and a headphone jack. It will be lacking NFC, in case you were wondering. It will be powered by the One UI Core 4.1 based on Android 12.
As for camera, the Samsung Galaxy A04 has a dual-camera setup consisting of a 50MP f/1.8 wide angle camera and a 2MP f/2.4 depth camera. The selfie camera is a 5MP wide-angle shooter. All of this will be juiced by a 5,000mAh battery with no fast charging whatsoever.

Pokdepinion: For a no-nonsense, entry-level smartphone, this certainly does offer good value. I’m about pretty sure the battery life can last quite a bit as well but just don’t expect it to play games well for obvious reasons.
