It’s been put on Samsung’s Indonesian website that they will be launching the new Samsung Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+, with the details of the device fully established.

Samsung Galaxy A6 & A6+

Staying on the front, for your selfies, the A6 sports a 16MP shooter while the A6+ comes with a bigger 24MP. Both variants will come with an LED flash. Their main camera is also different where the A6+ features dual camera with 16MP + 5MP, a whole lot better than the A6’s single 16MP shooter. That in mind, the A6+ will be the only of the two to feature Samsung’s standard Live Focus feature, where it lets you control the bokeh effect of your photos, even after shots are taken already.

In terms of memory, the A6+ will be packing 4GB, which is bigger compared to the standard’s 3GB. Both of them will have 32GB worth of internal storage though (with the A6+ getting the option to expand up to 400GB via microSD). Another difference is the battery size of both of them. The A6 packs a smaller 3000mAh compared to the A6+’s 3500mAh capacity.

Prices of both devices are not confirmed as of just yet but at Samsung’s Indonesian website has listed the phone as “coming soon“. Hence, we probably would have to wait more to get the price tag of these devices. Until then, stay tuned!

Pokdepinion: Although the chipset hasn’t been listed on the website to what they are using for the devices, it is reported that the standard A6 will be using an Exynos 7870 while the A6+ will be using a Snapdragon 450. To me, it isn’t much to get excited about. What do you think? Let us know in the comment section!
