Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Finally Gets One UI 3.0 Update

Previously, we learned that the Android 11 One UI 3.0 update is starting to roll out for a number of Samsung Galaxy devices, with the Galaxy S20 series being the first to receive. Now, it appears that the update is available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Finally Gets One UI 3.0 Update

Previously, the Android 11 One UI 3.0 update was made available for the Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy Note20 series of smartphones. Now, it had made its way to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series, including for users in Malaysia. From what we understand, the update is expected to be about 2GB in size, so best to use a Wi-Fi connection if you’re going to download it.

For those of you who aren’t aware, One UI 3.0 based on Android 11 comes with a number of interesting features and changes. For starters, the Quick Panel interface lets you easily switch between music and videos. The notification panel has been improved as it show more information now, even when your device is currently locked.

Apart from that, you can enjoy full-screen video calls, AR emoji masks, new Dynamic Lock screen, Good Lock, and more. If you’re using the Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Z Flip, and Galaxy Tab S7 series, the Multi-Active Window feature lets you split your display into halves or three parts so you can use multiple apps at the same time for better multitasking.

The next smartphone that will most likely be getting the update will be the Samsung Galaxy S10 series of smartphones. It’s expected to appear anytime from now until March 2021 latest unless they discovered a major issue with the update that requires some fixing.

Pokdepinion: Hopefully the other devices get the update sooner rather than later, since I saw the update schedule stretching out as far as August or September of this year.
