Survey Says More And More People Are Ditching Their iPhones

Let’s face this fact, iPhones aren’t the cheapest devices that you can purchase, but that doesn’t stop their fans in owning the latest phone that Apple has to offer. Pretty loyal fans, huh? Well it appears now that they are starting to lose their followers according to a survey.

The survey, which was done by BankMyCell, tracked down 38,000 people, specifically iPhone users. It seems that 26% from the total decided to trade their iPhone X and moved on. The survey also reveals that 18% of the people who traded to iPhones switched to a Samsung smartphone instead.

Being at a loyalty percentage of 73%, it is the lowest the iPhone users have gotten since 2011. It looks like a major downfall, seeing how the figure was at 92% in 2017.
