Wiko Launches Three New Budget Friendly Devices – Meet WIko Harry, Wiko Kenny and Wiko Upulse

Powerful and equally affordable

Wiko Malaysia recently added in three new devices to their growing line of Android devices, the Wiko Harry, Wiko Kenny and Wiko Upulse. All three of these smartphones are running Android Nougat and here’s the kicker, they all cost less then RM800!

Since it made its global debut, Wiko Mobile had always focused on making smartphones more accessible to the masses. This is continuously exemplified in its newest smartphones, all of which are made to be all-rounder devices that pair powered specs with snazzy looks.

Wiko Malaysia’s Business Development Director, Ken Ang had this to say about the new devices,

We are excited to showcase Wiko’s latest range of smartphones that are poised to inject lots
of fun and functionalities to users. Smartphone has become an essential to our everyday life
and we want to be able blend in seamlessly into one’s lifestyle, offering our users the
performance they need, while adding the fun elements to lighten up your life.

The Wiko Harry sports a 5 inch HD (1280×720) IPS display and is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 processor, 3GB RAM and an internal storage of 16GB which can be expanded to 128GB via MicroSD. It also rocks a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera and features a premium-looking all metal design. A 2500mAh battery powers up the Wiko Harry.

The Wiko Harry retails at RM599 and is available right now.

The Wiko Kenny is the most affordable device among Wiko’s three new devices. Retailing at only RM499, this device features a 5 inch FWVGA (854×48) display and packs a MediaTek MT6737 processor (the same processor as its bigger brother, Harry), 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD. The device has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Powering the device is a 2500mAH battery.

As mentioned before, the Wiko Kenny has a retail price of RM499 and will be available after the Raya season.

The most powerful of the new Wiko Collection trio, the Wiko Upulse, is made for those who demand high-end performance in the stylish package that Wiko is known for. The device features a 5.5 inch HD (1280×720) IPS display with 2.5D curved glass. Under the hood, the device sports a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD.

The camera on the Wiko Upulse is the most feature-packed out of the three devices with the 13MP rear camera featuring Auto-Scene detection, Fast Auto-Focus, Live Filters, and Super Pixel photography enhancements that allows you to take hi-res 52MP photos. The 8MP front camera also comes with a few features like an LED flash, HDR mode and a panoramic Wide Selfie feature.

The Wiko Upulse has a premium all metal design and a removable 3000mAh battery. The device retails at RM799 and will be available together with the Wiko Kenny after the Raya season.

Pokdepinion: The three devices are definitely ones to look out for if you’re on a budget. The French smartphone maker is known to push out decent devices at very affordable prices.
