The Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro has finally arrived in Malaysia, with the former powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra while the latter is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The highlight of the new devices is the 200MP camera sensor.

Starting off the with the Xiaomi 12T Pro, it has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 2712 x 1220 resolution. Apart from that, it also comes with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate with 480Hz touch sampling rate, 500 nits of brightness, Gorilla Glass 5, under-display fingerprint scanner, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and can display up to 68 billion colours. The dot notch here houses a 20MP selfie camera.

It does come with OIS, an improved Night Mode, and 8K recording, but there is no telephoto camera here.

This is all being juiced up by a whopping 5,000mAh battery and it supports a speedy 120W fast charging rate. The charger is included in the box and it’s said to be capable of fully charging the smartphone in just 19 minutes. It will be running MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out of the box and will feature NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, and dual SIM support.

The main camera uses a smaller 108MP wide-angle camera instead.
