Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro ranks first in both DxOMark Camera and Audio tests
Xiaomi may have always been an affordable alternative for smartphone users who want a great smartphone but do not wish to pay top dollar for them. And while this has come with its own set of sacrifices, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro is what Xiaomi came up with when they pulled out all the stops when coming up with a true flagship smartphone.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro actually scored the highest scores in not one, but two of DxOMark’s tests, with it bagging top scores in both DxOMark’s camera and audio tests. The Mi 10 Pro is currently ranked as the best camera smartphone for both photo and videography with an aggregated score of 124. DxOMark praised the latest Xiaomi flagship for excellent detail captured in its photos and videos, as well as accurate exposure and white balance. The photos taken by the zoom cameras are also reportedly impressive, thus the high scores awarded by DxOMark.
DxOMark also tested the audio capabilities of the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, and once again, it scored top marks. There’s no headphone jack, but the positioning of the speakers at the top and bottom edges of the phone definitely gave Xiaomi more space to design speakers that can deliver a better audio experience. DxOMark commended the Mi 10 Pro ‘s spatial rendering for both playback and recording, along with the capability to deliver bass tones when most smartphones sound pretty tinny.
With the Mi 10 Pro pulling ahead of devices like the HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro 5G, Xiaomi proved that they are still the ones to beat when it comes to value for money, even though the Mi 10 series is considerably more expensive than Xiaomi’s last flagship, the Mi 9.
