Xiaomi Mi 10 Series launched in Malaysia from RM2799
The Xiaomi Mi 10 series has been quite hotly anticipated here in Malaysia, and finally after a suspenseful wait, it is offered here in Malaysia. The Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro’s pricing here in Malaysia is thankfully more similar to China’s rather than the EU’s, the latter which was really on the pricier side of things.
Speaking of the China pricing, Xiaomi sold over 1 million units of the Mi 10 series in China by 21st April, testament to the popularity of the device. Key highlights of the Xiaomi Mi 10 series include a beautiful curved 6.67″ AMOLED panel that offers a refresh rate of 90 Hz and color accuracy of △E <1.1.
Symmetrical stereo speakers are also available on both the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, a first for Xiaomi. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro gets slightly larger 1.2cc sound chambers versus the Mi 10’s 1.0cc, but you can be assured that both will offer an exceptional audio experience. There’s also an X-axis linear vibration motor for precise haptic feedback.
The Mi 10 Pro also touts a better camera setup, with it sharing quite a bit from their camera flagship, the Mi Note 10. Meanwhile the Xiaomi Mi 10 settles for a much more basic camera setup, which might be a bummer for some of those expecting the Mi 10 to offer a chart-topping camera as well. Befittingly, the Mi 10 Pro is now the third highest-scoring device on the DxOMark camera ranking and first on in the audio ranking.

On 1st May, the Mi 10 series will be avaialble via the official Xiaomi Lazada Store as well as offline at authorized Mi Stores nationwide.
