Xiaomi Redmi 7 To Be Packed With Snapdragon 632 And 4GB RAM
A lot has been talked about Xiaomi’s upcoming Redmi series and it seems that it was spotted on Geekbench that the Redmi 7 will be packed with a Snapdragon 632 chipset and will be coming with 4GB RAM.
What makes Xiaomi’s Redmi series popular is due to the fact of the value for money that they offer. Following Xiaomi’s previous announcement that they will up the price for their Mi smartphones, the Redmi lineup will still continue the brand’s tradition of offering affordable prices for devices (well at least, that’s the idea).
Aside from the RAM and SoC that comes with it, the listing shows that the phone will run on Android 9 Pie straight from the box and its benchmark scores; 1219 for the single-core and 4197 for the multi-score test.
That aside, it is said that the phone will come with a dual 12MP+8MP rear camera setup, a 6.26-inch HD+ display and a 3900mAh battery under the hood.
Though there hasn’t been any official confirmation, the Redmi 7 is said to be priced around 700 Yuan and 800 Yuan (which is roughly RM425 to RM486).
Pokdepinion: Yeah it’s all ‘rumors’ as of now (for the specifications and price) but if the phone does indeed offer what’s listed and follows the price, this will be one heck of a device. Fingers crossed, the final result will be close to it.
