The HUAWEI MatePad Pro is coming to Malaysia soon
HUAWEI announced the new MatePad Pro along with the HUAWEI Mate Xs last month, and they have just announced that it will be coming to Malaysia very soon too. HUAWEI claims the HUAWEI MatePad Pro to be the best tablet in the Android world, and might have what it takes with some impressive hardware on display.
I mean, literally, as the HUAWEI MatePad Pro packs a large 10.8″ 2K (2560 x 1600) panel that supports the wider DCI-P3 color gamut. The display is also backed by HUAWEI’s ClariVu Display Enhancement technology which works in the background optimizing the display output for video playback, image browsing and gaming. There’s Eye Comfort Mode too, allowing you to use the tablet for as long as you want without worrying about harmful blue light. And when it comes to audio, you get Harman Kardon-tuned speakers.
Under the hood lies a Kirin 990 mated to 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, similar to what you get with the HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro. With flagship performance, the HUAWEI MatePad Pro is also equipped with a huge 7250 mAh battery and supports up to 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge so you will never run into issues like not having enough battery to complete a task. It also supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging too, so you can juice up your smartphone with the MatePad Pro.
All that performance isn’t meant to go to waste as HUAWEI has built the HUAWEI MatePad Pro to offer a good productivity experience too. With HUAWEI Share, you can seamlessly pair your HUAWEI smartphone with the HUAWEI MatePad Pro to easily multitask on both devices from one screen. With HUAWEI MEETime, HUAWEI will be bringing a better video calling experience by letting you share your screen while conducting the call and also lets you make notes directly in MEETime. The HUAWEI MatePad Pro will support the HUAWEI M-Pencil and the Smart Magnetic Keyboard too, letting you draw and type whenever you see fit.
All of that is crammed into a design that looks stunning whichever way you look at it. From the front, you will be looking at the stunning display that offers a 90% screen-to-body ratio. From the side, a sturdy magnesium alloy frame that keeps the tablet light yet tough. Meanwhile for the back, you get four colors available in two finishes: Forest Green and Orange are offered with a vegan leather finish, while the Pearl White and Midnight Grey come with a fiberglass finish.
