Xiaomi Malaysia Will Officially Bring Mi TV and Mi Gaming Monitors This Year

Xiaomi has made a number of interesting products over the years but in Malaysia, their Mi TV series aren’t officially available. Not to say that you can’t get it but you have to import it from another country. Now, it appears that Xiaomi Malaysia will be officially bringing their Mi TV series here sometime this year.

According to the country manager for Xiaomi Malaysia and Singapore, Nicholas Shi, there are plans to officially bring their Mi TV series to Malaysia sometime this year. However, there is no specific date or window for its availability just yet. Given that it’s already available in Indonesia now, it shouldn’t take long to reach Malaysian shores.

While no specific Mi TV models were mentioned, we wouldn’t be surprised to see similar offerings with the Indonesian market. Most notably the 4K resolution Mi TV 4 55 with HDR support, the Full HD resolution Mi TV 4 43 and Mi TV 4A 43, and the entry-level Mi TV 4A 32 that’s essentially HD ready.

Xiaomi Malaysia Isn’t Just Bringing the Mi TV Alone

That isn’t the only product line officially coming to Malaysia however. It appears that there are plans to bring in the Mi Air Purifier, Mi Watch, Mi Gaming Monitor, and Mi Router. There may be more making their way here but details are expected to be revealed at a later date.

For now, if you plan on buying a new display for your home entertainment needs, or even something to use at work, you may want to wait just a little longer. A good bargain might just be coming your way sooner rather than later.
