Garmin Malaysia has just announced the new Garmin Approach S12 smartwatch. The Approach S12 is the latest addition to the brand’s prominent Approach series of GPS golf products. The Garmin Approach S12 features over 42,000 preloaded courses for budding golf enthusiasts. Across the board, the latest Approach S12 offers exemplary battery life and supports connectivity with Garmin’s club tracking sensor and the Garmin golf app 1 which makes it easier than ever to upload scorecards, review performance stats and much more.

The Garmin Approach S12 comes equipped with a 1.3-inch high-resolution display for easy reading under sunlight as well as a new Big Numbers display mode which makes it easier to read yardage numbers during play. The Approach S12 can also be connected to the Garmin Golf app for wireless updates a player’s most frequently played golf courses, therefore, providing them with up-to-date course information.

Furthermore, the Garmin Approach S12 has a battery life that can last 30 hours in GPS mode. It also comes with a Green View feature to see each green’s true shape and to move the pin for better yardage accuracy, regardless of where a golfer is on the course.

The Garmin Approach S12 smartwatch is out now for a retail price of RM930. It is available in either Black, Granite Blue and White and can be gotten through Lazada, Shopee, AECO e-store and at all Garmin branded stores, including authorised resellers and MST Golf. Pokdepinion: Ah golf. I remember giving the game a try a few years ago. I really like the mechanics behind it, the technique needed to execute the perfect slice, to gauge how much swing power the ball needed for it to travel where you want it to. But alas, Malaysia’s hot weather held me back from fully enjoying the game. Which is why I just watch the game on TV only.
