After the conclusion of the Dragon Ball FighterZ tournament at EVO 2018, a new character addition has been revealed. It’s none other than Cooler himself.

Frieza’s Brother, Cooler, Confirmed for Dragon Ball FighterZ

After the final match of the Dragon Ball FighterZ tournament at EVO 2018, Bandai Namco showed off a brand new trailer for three upcoming characters in the game.

Two of the characters that appear in the trailer were already revealed last month, Base Goku and Base Vegeta. We got a closer look at some of their supers and dialogue, as well as what looked to be the two characters’ dramatic finish. Following those characters, we got a look at one of the two characters that’ll be a part of the last wave of season pass DLC. The one, and only, Cooler.

Cooler will appear in his final form, making him one of the larger characters on the roster. We get a brief look at his combos and supers as well as his victory screen. He looks absolutely insane. As far as his history with the Dragon Ball series goes, Cooler made his first appearance in Dragon Ball Z: Cooler’s Revenge. He’s Frieza’s brother and, obviously, the son of King Cold.

You can check out the new trailer for yourself at the top of this post. Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will be coming to the Nintendo Switch later this year on 28th September 2018.

Tekken 7 also had a major reveal at EVO 2018, showing off 3 new characters coming to the game as well as 3 more to be revealed at a later date. Click here if you missed out on that.

Pokdepinion: Always thought they needed more villain characters in the game and now, we have it. This is a pretty good reveal.
