During the Square Enix E3 2018 presentation today, Square Enix showed off a new trailer for the upcoming RPG Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age. The game will be available on 4th September 2018 for the PlayStation 4 and PC worldwide.

This particular trailer highlights the “Legend of the Luminary” and describes the game as such:

While it is the eleventh mainline entry in the critically acclaimed series, DRAGON QUEST XI is a completely standalone experience that features entirely new characters, a beautifully detailed world, finely tuned turn-based combat, and an immersive story that will appeal to long-time fans and franchise newcomers alike.

During the trailer, we get to see the hero and his companions, as well as the world of Dragon Quest XI. It certainly looks like a colourful group of characters, so be sure to check them out in the trailer at the top of this post.

For you enthusiasts out there, the new trailer announced the Edition of Light copy, which includes a Supplicant, Healer, and three Seeds of Skill. There will also be the Edition of Lost Time, which will be more like a collector’s edition; this particular iteration a steelbook case, map, and other goodies, which you can check out at the end of the trailer.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age is coming to the PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam on 4th September 2018. For more developments and news at E3 2018, be sure to stay tuned to Pokde.net :)

Pokdepinion: Well, the Square Enix presentation at E3 2018 was rather short and somewhat disappointed a lot of people who had a lot of expectations on them, especially with regards to Final Fantasy VII Remake. But I gotta say, I enjoyed seeing Dragon Quest XI’s trailer.
