Bandai Namco Gamescom 2018 Lineup Announced

There are a number of global expos and trade fairs on gaming that are worth taking note of. Some believe in E3 2018 being the best while others believe Gamescom is the one more worthy of attention. Perhaps this bit of news may get you excited for Gamescom 2018 The folks over at Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe announced its games lineup for Gamescom 2018 in Cologne, Germany.

The publisher’s booth (Hall 6 – B 41) will include “no less than 11” playable titles, of which 8 have been announced today via a press release. Gamescom 2018 attendees will be able to enjoy the following games:

Bandai Namco’s Lineup

  • Jump Force
  • SoulCalibur VI
  • Dragon Ball FighterZ for Nintendo Switch
  • One Piece: World Seeker
  • Code Vein
  • Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown
  • My Hero One’s Justice
  • Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker

With some simple mathematics, you can see that it seems to be short of just 3 games. A comment from Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe Vice President of Marketing and Digital Hervé Hoerdt includes a hint, mentioning that a new co-publishing project “that fans will be very excited about” will be announced at the show. What could it be?

While the press release does not mention it, considering what was mentioned by Producer Kazutoki Kono just before E3, I would be surprised if we didn’t get the announcement of the release date of Ace Combat 7. But of course, that’s just speculation and nothing more so we’ll have to wait and see.

What do you think these 3 mystery titles could be?

Pokdepinion: Currently praying for a wonderful soul to send me over to Cologne, Germany to cover the event. We also accept donations to send me over there, just saying.
