Last year, we had the first ever PlayStation Experience SEA in Malaysia, which was held at the KL Live @ Life Centre. At the event, we got to try out a number of upcoming games at that time, including Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, Marvel VS Capcom: Infinite, Ni No Kuni 2, and plenty of other games.
Many were expecting the thing to be a one-off thing but if you’re one of those people who are hoping to see it again, then we have some good news. The folks over at PlayStation Asia has started teasing on a PlayStation Experience 2018 SEA via their Twitter account.
Now, it’s hard to say what we can expect from the event aside from special demos and previews of upcoming games along with a special guest doing some form of presentation. What we can say for sure though is that we hope they chose a bigger venue this time around.
There was a huge crowd both inside and outside the venue, and it definitely wasn’t enough to accommodate everyone. It’s a good thing for PlayStation as they see such huge support from gamers in Malaysia and possibly those who came from other countries, but it’s not really fun for us people who had to push our way to make it into the venue.

Okay, to be fair, we didn’t actually have to do that as the media could enter the venue earlier but it doesn’t change the fact that the venue was indeed too small for the crowd.
There’s not much information available on PlayStation Experience 2018 SEA but you can be sure that we will be reporting it as soon as we know more about it, so stay tuned to Pokde.net.
Pokdepinion: I am excited for PlayStation Experience 2018 SEA, but I’m also not looking forward to making my way through the crowd again. Oh well.
