Diablo Immortal Mobile Game Release Date Leaked
Blizzcon 2019 is just around the corner and as such, many gamers are expecting to hear some major announcements by Blizzard. It looks like we may have some early details in the form of a leaked release date for the Diablo Immortal mobile game.
According to details found on the d.163 Chinese website, Diablo Immortal will be coming on 25th October 2019 for both Android and iOS devices. While this isn’t an official announcement by any means, it’s no surprise that details have started making its way given that Blizzcon 2019 is just around the corner.
At the moment, Diablo Immortal has already amassed 190,000 pre-registrations in China and that number is still rising. The reception for the game is rather shaky as it had its share of problems. One notable case is the disastrous presentation at Blizzcon 2018.
Another notable issue that Blizzard faced with the game is the accusation that Diablo Immortal is merely a reskin of a Netease mobile RPG due to how similar both games appear. Blizzard already has their hands full dealing with the recent controversy with Hearthstone player blitzchung so it’s interesting to see how they’ll deal with the game moving forward.
For now, take this information with a grain of salt. It’s only official when Blizzard says so.
