Nintendo has begun showing off a brand new update for their original fighting game for the Nintendo Switch, ARMS update 3.2. There’s…Evil Spring Man?

Nintendo Shows Off ARMS Update 3.2

The folks over at Nintendo have announced a brand new update coming for its original fighting game, ARMS. The upcoming update was showcased with a new trailer released by Nintendo of Europe, which shows the acquisition of badges working basically like achievements, and a rather intriguing tease at the end.

We see a character that looks like spring man, but he has a definitely more evil slant, with glowing eyes and surrounded by a menacing aura of flames. At the moment we don’t know what this is about, but we’ll probably learn about it very soon. The update is slated for release later this month.

You can check out the trailer at the top of this post. The previous update, version 3.1, was released in September, while a new character named Lola Pop was revealed in August during Gamescom in Germany.

For those of you who did not know, ARMS is a fighting game developed and published by Nintendo themselves. You can play the game with up to 4 players, with each player able to perform attacks using extendable arms, among other wacky attacks.

There were 10 playable fighters at launch; Ribbon Girl, a pop star; Ninjara, a student ninja; Master Mummy, a resurrected mummy; Min Min, the poster child for her family’s ramen restaurant; Mechanica, a girl fighting in a mech suit; Twintelle, a movie star; Byte & Barq, a robotic police officer and his robotic canine companion; Kid Cobra, a professional snakeboarder; and Helix, a lab experiment. It has been expanding via DLC since, which include the likes of Max Brass and the aforementioned Lola Pop.

ARMS is currently available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.

Pokdepinion: Well, if you’re looking for more stuff to do in the game, just wait a bit longer. ARMS update 3.2 is coming very soon.
