The Nintendo Switch UI looks pretty slick, much better than the Wii U’s UI at least.

We’ve heard of videogame stores breaking the release date and selling products earlier than expected. It has happened several times, and it even happened to Final Fantasy XV.

If you thought that this would be limited to just videogame titles, you’d be dead wrong. Apparently, someone got the Nintendo Switch 2 weeks early and decided to show it off to the world.

This is What the Nintendo Switch UI Looks Like

We’re about 2 weeks away from the release of the Nintendo Switch but somehow, one guy managed to get his hands on one already. Keep in mind that Nintendo has not officially shown what the Nintendo Switch UI looks like so this is gonna be the first time anyone outside of Nintendo has taken a look at it.

This video is courtesy of NeoGAF user hiphoptherobot, who says an “unnamed store” decided to ship him an early Switch unit. No names were given out so we don’t know who exactly shipped it to him early, or if it was accidental in the first place.

One thing’s for sure, the Nintendo Switch UI looks pretty damn slick, and it’s better than the Wii U’s UI. Of course, that’s just me personally and some of you may disagree.

It’s interesting that we get to see the Nintendo Switch UI through a video from a user as opposed to an official presentation by Nintendo. If Nintendo ever had plans to do such a thing, I’m pretty sure they’re gonna speed things up now and move things ahead of schedule.

Pokdepinion: I gotta admit, the Nintendo Switch UI looks pretty awesome. It’s clean, pleasing to the eyes, and doesn’t look like a simple rehash of an existing UI they’ve had for another console. I mean sure, it’s inevitable to have some of the same aspects but overall, it’s pretty mesmerizing. Most other countries wouldn’t have this problem but now I really wished that that the Nintendo Switch is a lot cheaper here in Malaysia.
