Gone Home is Free for PC Gamers

If you’re looking for a new game to sink your teeth in but you’re in the midst of saving up as much money as possible, then we got your back. The popular first-person interactive indie game experience first released in 2013, Gone Home, is now free for a limited time.

By limited time, we mean you have to claim it within the limited time but once you do, it’s yours forever.Β The offer is part of Humble Bundle’s Humble Monthly Trove promotion, a service that allows access to more than 60 games by paying a subscription fee each month. Any game obtained through the service is DRM-free as well which mean that, once downloaded, the game is yours to keep forever.

If you’re not sure what this highly-acclaimed game is about, check out the synopsis right below here, courtesy of Steam:

June 7th, 1995. 1:15 AM

You arrive home after a year abroad. You expect your family to greet you, but the house is empty. Something’s not right. Where is everyone? And what’s happened here? Unravel the mystery for yourself in Gone Home, a story exploration game from The Fullbright Company.

Gone Home is an interactive exploration simulator. Interrogate every detail of a seemingly normal house to discover the story of the people who live there. Open any drawer and door. Pick up objects and examine them to discover clues. Uncover the events of one family’s lives by investigating what they’ve left behind.

Gone Home will be available to claim for free until 3rd May 2019. If you want to claim the game on Humble Bundle, click right here.

Pokdepinion: I have fond memories of playing this game. If you’re looking for a good story, you’re gonna be pleasantly surprised by this one. Since it’s free, you got nothing to lose.
