Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy finally has an official release date!

A couple of days ago, we shared some new screenshots of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. It shows what Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back looks like in its remastered high definition glory. Then, Activision began teasing of a major announcement that’s related to Crash. This is what they announced.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Release Date

After much teasing, Activision has officially announce the release date for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. It will be coming to the PlayStation 4 on June 30th 2017.

For those of you who aren’t aware, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is not a new game from series developers Naughty Dog. It can be defined as a “remaster plus” of the first three games in the series: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.

But that’s not all. To get everyone even more excited, Activision also released a brief trailer to showcase the release date. You can check it out just above here.

If you want to see some recent screenshots of the game, do click here. Believe me, it looks like what we remembered when we first played it, except much more visually appealing.

So, if you’re looking forward to going on an adventure with Crash Bandicoot once more, be sure to keep June 30th 2017 marked on your calendar. Also, be prepared to pay full price for the game as it’s expected to retail around the same price as most other games on the PlayStation 4.

Pokdepinion: Just when I thought that we wouldn’t get an official release date so soon, Activision comes and surprises me. I suppose the only thing that’s left is to see whether the game is actually worth it or not. Sure, the nostalgia factor would be awesome but if the game ends up feeling like crap, what’s the point?
