Rockstar Games’ long-awaited Red Dead Redemption 2 shows off the West in all its glory with a new trailer showing several characters, settings, and more.

More Details on Red Dead Redemption 2 Unveiled

With the release of Red Dead Redemption in 2010, Rockstar Games captured the beauty and violence of the Wild West in an epic open-world adventure, and the studio seems to recapturing that games’ grandeur with the upcoming sequel, Red Dead Redemption 2.

As teased by Rockstar Games last week, the studio released a brand new trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 giving a closer look at the Western game in motion, and shedding a bit more light on the story that will await players in the West. No firm release date was provided by the new trailer, but Spring 2018 still looks to be the targeted release window for the anticipated game.

According to the description on the game’s trailer, Red Dead Redemption 2 tells “the story of outlaw Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang as they rob, fight and steal their way across the vast and rugged heart of America in order to survive,” with the trailer showing what look like a few of the faces you will encounter throughout the journey.

First revealed by Rockstar last year, Red Dead Redemption 2 was originally planned for a Fall 2017 release window and was given a first look trailer showing its gorgeous Western environments in motion. However, earlier this year Rockstar said that it would be delaying the game to Spring 2018, as the studio said initially that “some extra time is necessary to ensure that we can deliver the best experience possible for fans.”

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Spring 2018. for a closer look at the beautiful Western game in motion, be sure to check out the trailer at the top of this post.

Pokdepinion: Now that looks pretty interesting. At the same time, I’m wondering if another delay will happen prior to its release date. Let’s hope for the best.
