Gravity Rush 2 Coming January 18th 2017; The Closing Chapter of Kat’s Adventures

When I first got to know about Gravity Rush, I didn’t really think that I would get into it. Not so much the game’s mechanics but rather, the visuals didn’t seem appealing to me…you know, because I’m a shallow A-hole.

But once I’ve started spending a bit of time with it, I started to dig the whole gravity manipulation stuff in combat. I wouldn’t say that it’s the 1st I’ve experienced something like this but it was enjoyable nonetheless. For you fans of Gravity Rush out there, a new game is about to pop up real soon.

Gravity Rush 2, Coming January 18th 2017

Announced via a press release earlier today, Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore (SIES) confirmed that Gravity Rush 2 is coming on January 18th 2017 exclusively for the PlayStation 4. There will be 2 versions of the game coming out, a standard edition as well as a limited edition one for fans looking to get something extra.

The standard edition, which is just the game itself, will be retailing for RM219 while the limited edition, which includes a copy of the game, an original animation piece, the official soundtrack of the game, as well as a special costume for Kat, will cost just a little bit higher at RM249.

Separated from Dusty, the source of her gravity powers, Kat is forced to mine ore for the village to earn her keep along with Syd. However, they soon face the dangerous Scarabs lurking near the storms – a new breed of Nevi that threatens Kat and the village…

Pokdepinion: I can’t say much about the game since it hasn’t been released yet but if you like Gravity Rush, I see no reason why you shouldn’t get this one. Heck, just go for the limited edition one since it’s just an RM30 price difference. In case you get confused, Gravity Rush 2 is known as Gravity Daze 2 in Japan.
