The FFXV journey is still not over. Final Fantasy XV is expected to have more new story content according to Square Enix over at TGS 2017.

Final Fantasy XV Will Have More Story Content

Square Enix announced an update for their action J-RPG Final Fantasy XV  at Tokyo Game Show 2017. The update will include new story content that has been provided via character episodes that put the spotlight on members for the party.

Now, it seems that the story will continue as seen in the new Final Fantasy XV Universe trailer from Tokyo Game show that highlights “Free Update: Additional Story Content” towards the end of the trailer.

Currently, there are no details on what this new story content will include but from the preview, we can see images of the Summons and an emotional reunion between characters. Moreover,  the game will increase the Hunt capacity for players who just can’t get enough.

The Final Fantasy XV universe seems to be ever expanding as the game with new multiplayer content, Comrades, releasing on October 31st, Final Fantasy XV Windows EditionFinal Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition, and a possible Final Fantasy XV for Nintendo Switch.

Final Fantasy XV is currently available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A pocket version, in which the story will be released in an episodic format, will be coming to Android and iOS in the future, while a PC version is still in the works. We’re hoping to hear more about this additional story content for the game soon.

Pokdepinion: Well, now I’m having more and more reasons to jump back into Final Fantasy XV. I’m just hoping whatever new content that’s coming to FFXV, be it multiplayer or solo, it wouldn’t make me feel underwhelmed like what we have with the main storyline. Also hoping they managed to make combat slightly better since the camera angle issues were a pain.
