CES 2019 ASUS Showcases New ZenBook 14 UX431

At CES 2019 today emanating from Las Vegas, Nevada, ASUS has unveiled the new ZenBook 14 UX431 laptop which aims to deliver a balance of value and performance in an ultraportable package.

It will be powered by the 8th Gen Intel Core CPU and will come with either the integrated Intel UHD620 GPU or the GeForce MX150 discrete GPU. On the memory side of things, you can get up to 16GBs of LPDDR3 RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe x2 SSD.

This ZenBook 14 UX431 will have a 14-inch Full HD IPS NanoEdge display which will offer great colours and viewing angles. Yes, this also means that you can expect some really thin bezels for the display, which is said to be about 6.5mm. It is a 15.9mm-thin laptop and weighs in at only 1.49kg.

The ErgoLift hinge also makes it return here which will give users a more comfortable typing experience while also increasing airflow for optimized cooling performance. Another interesting thing here is that it comes with the Exclusive NumberPad feature, where the touchpad also doubles as a proper NumberPad which will instantly glow when you tap on the top right corner of the touchpad.

Pokdepinion: Well, they got an SD card reader instead of a MicroSD one. Personally curious about the quad-speaker setup. CES 2019 is going pretty good.
