Adding to the list of products that’s introduced by ASUS at this year’s CES is the new StudioBook S, where it comes in a thin 15-inch display and weighs in at just 2.39KG.

Packed inside is an Intel Xeon processor as well as NVIDIA Quadro P3200 graphics, which are capable of handling a variety of complex workloads while balancing day-to-day tasks. It is further complimented with PCIe SSD drives in a RAID 0 setup.

With the StudioBook S, you can work from anywhere, no matter the task. The company has built the new laptop based on feedback directly from professionals, where it was found out that they wanted better performance when working with 3D and VR content.

Coming in with a thin-bezel NanoEdge display design, the StudioBook S fits a 17-inch 16:10 ratio display in a 15-inch body. The panel itself covers 97% of the DCI-P3 color space, a high percentage that professionals would truly appreciate. It is also PANTONE Validated, ensuring that the colors seen on the screen are accurate as well.

There’s support for up to 64GB of RAM with the option of ECC memory for added stability. StudioBook S also doubles down performance with PCIe SSD drives in a CPU-attached RAID 0 setup.

Other than that, it comes with a HDMI 2.0 port and a USB Type-C with Thunderbolt 3 support for hooking up to external displays. Additionally, there also three USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type A ports available, so there’s plenty for connectivity. For convenience, there’s the high-speed SD card reader (SD 4.0/UHS-II) that you can utilize.

Pricing and availability for the ASUS StudioBook S is yet to be confirmed, but we should be able to learn more of it soon. Until then, stay tuned.

Pokdepinion; The specifications looks powerful. As for the looks, well it does indeed look mighty fine. I wonder how much will it cost though.
