According to reliable Genshin Impact leaker Lumie, it’s expected that Yae Miko will be the sole character banner for the first half of update 2.5. This will be available alongside a 5-star weapon banner, which is Yae’s signature weapon, Kagura’s Verity.
This also means that there will be no banner reruns with a Character Event Wish-2 in the first half of update 2.5. As for the first half of update 2.6, it’s said that Kamisato Ayato will be the sole character banner in that update.
For those of you who want a character banner rerun, this means you will have to wait longer. We should be able to expect at least one for the second half of Genshin Impact 2.5, though nothing much has been said with regards to the second half of update 2.6.
Genshin Impact update 2.5 will be launching on 16th February 2022 for all available platforms. Needless to say, this also means we can expect Yae Miko to launch on the same date.
Pokdepinion: This is good news if true as it means that Kamisato Ayato is practically finalized with the exception of some balance changes, which shouldn’t be major. Also, I’m gonna kiss all my Primos goodbye for Yae, and no one can convince me otherwise.
