HUAWEI P30 design leaked — not much change from the P20?
The HUAWEI P-series is due for a refresh, and as usual, leaks are already appearing online. After the HUAWEI P30 Pro’s design was leaked by a case maker jumping the gun, these renders found on OnLeaks reveals much of the design of the HUAWEI P30, which actually looks pretty similar to the HUAWEI P20 series of devices.
The leaked images reveal a smaller waterdrop notch, similar to what the HUAWEI Mate 20 sports. We expect the screen here to be smaller than the HUAWEI Mate 20’s though.
Without a fingerprint scanner on the back or the front, the HUAWEI P30 might just feature an under-display fingerprint scanner like the HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro.
The back will sport a Leica triple camera setup, probably shared with the HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro too. It will feature a gradient color finish as well, which HUAWEI popularized with the Twilight option on the HUAWEI P20 Pro.
HUAWEI will most probably be packing the HUAWEI P30 with the Kirin 980, as well as up to 6GB RAM. It will probably be launched sometime in March, marking a full year after the launch of the P20 Pro.
What do you expect to see in the HUAWEI P30?
Pokdepinion: I am personally a fan of the HUAWEI Mate series, but the HUAWEI P-series has never failed to impress me with their camera chops.
