It seems that Lenovo has opened the online qualifying round of their Legion of Champions Series (LoC IV). The tournament, in partnership with Intel, will see gamers from 12 markets in the region battling it out to reach the international Grand Finals showdown at Pantip Mall in Bangkok from 12-14th December 2019.

The competition will see the introduction of two new fan-favorite games: PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) as well as Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO). In addition to that, this year’s tournament will also call upon the best female gamers in the region to compette in the Legion of Valkries (LoV), LoC’s first-ever all-female tournament where they will compete in CS:GO.

Local champions and grand finalist will be competing for a total combined prize pool of USD$89,100, which is needless to say, a whole lot of money. At the end of the tournament, the winning team for PUBG will walk away with USD$4,000 and USD$10,000 worth of Legion devices. Meanwhile for the winners for CS:GO, they will walk away with USD$5,000 and USD$12,500 worth of Legion products.
