Microsoft has introduced their new machine, the Surface Pro LTE Advanced, which will be a having a launch date of December 2017.

Microsoft Unveils Surface Pro LTE Advanced - Set For December Release! 27Earlier of this year, Microsoft launched the Surface Pro, this time around the Microsoft Surface Pro LTE Advanced (yeap, that’s its full model name) will be having a release soon in December.

Coming with a Cat 9 modem, it makes the Surface Pro with LTE Advanced the fastest LTE-enabled laptop in its class. With support of 20 cellular bands, ensures that you get global connectivity.

The Surface Pro LTE Advanced features the best bits from other Surface line ups such as the power of the Surface 2 with up to 17 hours of battery life, the versatility of the Surface Pro, and the aesthatics of Surface laptop. This, while having the new mixed reality, 3D, and inking features of the Falls Creators Update.

Microsoft have said that they are emphasizing on creativity and collaboration. With that in mind, they hope that the new Surface Pro LTE Advance can be that tool for them.

New work culture not only demands performance, it also requires versatility. Across Windows, Office, and Surface, they’ve pioneered experiences with touch, voice, Cortana, Pen, and Dial to help consumers to stay in their creative flow. Offering you AI, machine learning, and the versatility to work how you want, where you want.

Official prices are yet to be revealed, but we expect it to have different variants in RAM and storage variants, thus with different prices. Don’t worry, we’ll be updating on it if we get more official info from Microsoft. So sit tight and watch this space!

Pokdepinion: Coming with LTE, surely it would have an impact on the battery life, compared with the previous Surface. Guess we’ll know more when it comes out later in December 2017.

    im hoping for more budget oriented convertible laptop with SIM slot. android tablet is great for casual usage, but for real office work, i still need windows based computer.

      Yeah Windows is still the best when it comes to productivity. Maybe more designs “inspired” by the Surface Pro will pop up, just as a lot of manufacturers were “inspired” by the Surface’s kickstand and tablet design. :P
