OPPO F5 6GB Officially Launched – First 1000 Preorders Will Get Swarovski Casing!

Recently OPPO has announce plans on releasing the OPPO F5 6GB Red/Black variants, now they are officially available for pre-orders with Swarovski casing offered to first 1000 pre-orders.

While previously they’ve released the standard F5, the new variation is aimed for consumers who want to have more in terms of memory for their device. The 6GB RAM variation, which has black and red color variants, also has a bigger internal storage at 64GB than the standard OPPO F5.

Not only that, OPPO are rewarding the first 1000 consumers who pre-order the OPPO F5 6GB Red Edition with a limited edition gift box which comes with a special edition phone case that is embellished with Swarovski crystals. This is made exclusively for the red variant to celebrate OPPO’s partnership wit Swarovski Malaysia.

Local Malaysian celebrity Neelofa was on hand at the event as the product ambassador for the device, who teased about the phone prior to the launch during her recent trip to Shanghai to witness Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

The device itself, apart from the memory department, has specifications that is similar to the standard F5. It features a 20MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture as well as A.I Beauty Recognition technology. Display wise, it comes with 6-inch Full Screen FHD and offers a resolution of 2160 x 1080 screen with 18:9 aspect ratio. Facial unlock is also available, where you can unlock the device just by facial recognition, which is quite handy if you have your hands quite busy.

Pre-order period for the OPPO F5 6GB (Red Edition) has already started and you can purchase it at a retail price of RM1698 at OPPO Concept Stores and OPPO’s official website. Do note that only the first 1000 who pre-order it will be eligible to get the limited edition gift box.
