This virtual touch pad projection mouse is damn expensive
Donya, an online e-retailer shop in Japan has announced their virtual touch pad projection mouse which is controlled by fingers movement (duh!). The mouse needs to be placed on a flat surface like a desk, which it will then project the virtual touch pad on.
With a 80x80mm of virtual touch pad projection, users can use it as normal touch pad. Scroll images up and down, scroll to the left and right and many more. The virtual touch pad is 43.5 x 24 x 52.4mm (WDH) in size and weighs 40g. The virtual touch pad doesn’t come cheap though, as it is priced at USD 83 (approximately MYR360).

Pokdepinion : Who needs a virtual mouse pad like this? Its expensive and only supports basic gestures. Its limited features and with the high price I’m not sure whether anyone will actually get it. With the price tag, I’m pretty sure you can get better quality wireless mice like the Logitech MX wireless mouse. Of course, we are completely ignoring the swag factor. “Look, I have got a invisible touchpad” should be enough of a reason to buy it, for some.
