It appears that the folks over at Telekom Malaysia (TM) has recently amended their policy, particularly in relation to cancelling your Unifi subscription. According to a popup on the Unifi official website, customers are now required to give 30 days notice before they can cancel it..

On the plus side, you don’t actually have to physically go to any of their branches to submit your 30 days notice. TM has given 4 different ways for customers to do so:

However, keep in mind that it only applies to giving the notice. After the notice period is over, customers will still need to head to their nearest TMpoint to cancel it for real.

It should be noted that they aren’t the only ISP that requires a notice as TIME Internet also requires the same 30 days notice. For Maxis Fibre however, customers only need to head to the nearest Maxis Centre to do so.
