ViewSonic latest gaming monitor has arrived in Malaysia. The ViewSonic XG2402 comes with all the essential gaming features like 144 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms response times. Throw in the aggressive design and RampageX lighting, and this is a gaming monitor through and through.

The main difference in terms of aesthetics from the previous generation’s XG2401 is the RampageX lighting feature on the back of the ViewSonic XG2402. It radiates a red glow that can accentuate the rest of your rig’s lighting. Sadly, there isn’t RGB here.

Checking out the display panel on the ViewSonic XG2402, you are getting a really fast 24″ 1080p TN panel with a 144 Hz refresh rate, 1 ms response and it even comes with AMD FreeSync support for tear-free gaming. ViewSonic also threw in multiple gaming presets tailored for different game genres and ViewSonic ColorX, a fine-tuned color and performance preset for enhanced in-game vision and reduced motion blur.

The ViewSonic accepts HDMI, DisplayPort connections, and doubles as a USB 3.0 hub too. It features built-in speakers for gaming without other audio equipment, and comes with a 3.5mm jack to output audio over HDMI to headphones or speakers.

The ViewSonic XG2402 is available now at an SRP of RM1199. It is covered by a three-year limited warranty.

Pokdepinion: The bezels seem pretty thick on this monitor… I would expect slimmer bezels from a gaming monitor for a better multi-display experience.
