ASUS ROG Cetra TWS Earbuds
The ASUS ROG Cetra TWS Earbuds is the newest addition in the ROG audio gear lineup, building on the success of its wired counterparts. It uses Bluetooth 5.0 and is said to come with low-latency for a better gaming experience.
It features Hybrid ANC (active noise cancellation) which filters out ambient noise and comes with 10mm Neodymium magnet drivers in each bud. This is particularly interesting as more similar products come with drivers that are about 6mm in size. The frequency response is between 20Hz to 20kHz.
Apart from that the ASUS ROG Cetra TWS Earbuds is said to feature up to 5.5 hours of battery life, with the charging case bringing another 21.5 hours of battery life, which brings a total of 27 hours. It’s uncertain if this figure includes ANC enabled or not. In case you plan on using it during workouts, it has an IPX4 resistance rating, so you should be fine.
The ASUS ROG Cetra TWS Earbuds will be available with a retail price of RM515 at all ASUS stores and authorized dealers nationwide as well as their official stores on Lazada and Shopee.
Pokdepinion: Given how good the microphone was for its wired counterparts, I’m wondering if they managed to bring that in the wireless version as well. I’m not so hopeful since it would be difficult to do so, but let’s see how it goes when we manage to get our hands on it.
